The Features of Die cutting machine
The whole machine adopt electric, pneumatic, hydraulic combination control, it has safety, high efficient, energy saving, it could achieve all kinds of corrugated paperboard die cutting, slotting, corner cutting, creasing punching one time & various special shaped making.
Main Motor: frequency conversion motor, electric application adopt the famous brand, like Delta.
Lead edge feeding department:
1. Adopting fully automatic lead edge feeding paperboard system with wind absorbing auxiliary paperboard feeding, the volume of the wind can be adjusted according to the bending degree of the paperboard, feeding speed: 120 sheets/min, accuracy ±0.5mm.
2. The phase of the die cutting until & the horizontal moving of the die cutting roller adopt PLC and electric 360° adjustment according to the error to input the adjust data, can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.
3. The front plate adopt manual adjustment, side plates adopt computer adjustment.
4. Paper guide roller has rubber grooved surface, to prevent the damage of paperboard strength, increase the accuracy of feeding paper.
5. Paper pusher, slider is hard aluminum alloy material, light and wear-resisting.
6. The space adjustment between rubber roller and die cutting roller adopt self-locking structure, with cylinder big scope quickly adjust, decrease the rubber wear, increase the rubber life.
Die cutting department:
1. The die cutting roller are made of high quality alloy steel materials, 30mm thickness, balance correction, hard-chrome plating .
2. Wallboard are made of high quality steel materials, 50mmthickness made by larger processing center production.
3. Soft roll automatic grinding mechanism to increase pouches use rate, grinding 3-4 times.
4. Liner speed automatic compensation, to ensure that each batch of carton die cutting size exactly.
5. Imported polyurethane soft rubber cutting set, easy installation, die cutting 12million times.
6. The rubber roller adopt mechanical control the left & right position move, the movement distance is 40 mm.
